Learn how to groom!

Take a class one-n-one to learn how to correctly and safely groom your own pet. Find out the best equipment to use. This is a hands on class with your pet You will have plenty of time to ask questions while learning to groom your pet. Currently the one-on-one class is $125/hour for owners to learn to groom their own pet. Send us a message and let us also know what kind of dog and we can give you an idea of length of time for a grooming session of your pet.

Wondering if cat grooming is for you? Shadow Angela during a four hour time frame, while she is grooming cats to see if it is still something that your interesting in. Cost is $350.00

Wanting to get your CFMG? It is recommended that you already have completed your Cat Grooming Training Syllabus before coming to hands on training.  Hands on training would be from 9am-3pm with a lunch on your own. Personalized Private Instruction (PPI) needs to be scheduled in advance with 50% down when scheduling and the the remainder is due 1 week prior to coming for (PPI).  Cost is $600.00

What you will need to bring with you: Clothing and Footwear for grooming, clippers with a #10 blade (recommended Wahl KM 10, KM Cordless and Bravura), also recommend in bringing extra blades, nail trimmer for cats, greyhound style comb, face/feet comb, cat comb, and air muzzle.

What will be provided for you: hands on grooming instruction with Angela from 9am-3pm, a short break for lunch, use of grooming facilities (tub, dryer, hair vac, catty shack vac, and table), all consumables you will need (shampoo, towels, ears and eyes cleaner, etc.)

Angela can proctor any written exams if needed, they would have to be arranged ahead of time through NCGI. You will also have time to ask questions and get information you may need as far as business goes as well as working with clients.
